Guests are kindly asked to confirm their estimated arrival time in advance to help us prepare for a smooth check-in experience.
Detailed check-in information, including entry instructions, access codes, and any other relevant details, will be provided before your arrival via a guest pass link.
To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbours, please observe the following:
Non-compliance with these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund and/or additional charges for damages or disturbances.
All guests must verify their identity before check-in.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years old and provide valid photo identification at the time of booking or arrival.

This ensures the safety and security of all guests and properties managed by Moment Stays.
Instant Book – Your reservation is confirmed immediately, and the calendar is automatically blocked.
Request to Book – Your booking request will be reviewed and approved before confirmation.
Payment Method: Payments are processed securely through our secure booking platform or via Guesty’s payment gateway.
Payment Schedule:
For instant bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For approved requests, payment is due immediately upon confirmation.
Accepted Payment Methods: Major debit and credit cards are accepted. Bank transfers or alternative payment arrangements may be made at the host’s discretion.
Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit may be required under and will be held securely until after the property inspection following check-out.
Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
We understand that travel plans can change.
Cancellations made at least 1 day (24 hours) before arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 1 day before arrival, or no-shows, will incur the full booking charge.
No refunds will be issued for early departures.
Please note that third-party booking platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Expedia) may apply additional cancellation terms.
